Standing in the rolling wheat fields, I half expected Maximus to appear on horseback! Beyond the cinematic scenery, the wine was outstanding!!Brunello di Montalcino is as rich and bold as they say. Pienza was picture-perfect, and Montepulciano’s historic streets felt like a time capsule.

We loved the wine tastings—each one was unique, and the Brunello in Montalcino was outstanding. Pienza was a charming little gem, and we couldn’t get enough of the pecorino cheese in Montepulciano.
