I had the most unforgettable experience taking the Pasta and Tiramisu cooking class in Rome! From start to finish, it was an absolute joy.
The class was hands-on, and we learned how to make two types of homemade pasta—ravioli and fettuccine—from scratch. The instructor was not only skilled but also incredibly personable, guiding us through each step of the process with patience and expertise. We got to roll, fill, and shape our ravioli and then learned the perfect technique for making fresh fettuccine. By the end of it, I felt like a true Italian chef.
I can't wait to get home and cook for all my friends and family this holiday season!

What a fun way to enjoy an evening in Rome! My daughter and I shared a neat experience learning how to make pasta and tiramisu with a fun and helpful cooking guide. She made the class informative and inclusive. Everything was well planned and interactive. The evening ended with our group sitting down to our personally created dishes with wine and professional table service. We will definitely recommend this tour to family and friends. A nice activity to complement a visit to Rome!

We really enjoyed our Dough to Dessert cooking class. Our master chef was Laurie and she did a fantastic job! She was witty and patient. I gained a great appreciation for anyone who makes fresh pasta from scratch. It tastes great, but it is a lot of work. The tiramisu was enjoyable to make and eat. This is definitely worth doing while in Rome. Have fun and enjoy eating your hard work afterwards.

It was a fun time. Just 4 of us in the group so it went by quickly. Make two pastas and tiramisu. Got to keep the recipes.
The only thing that was confusing was on the voucher it had conflicting information. One said to meet our friendly chef at the restaurant 10 minute early and another said to meet our guide at another location and be 10 minutes early. We reached out to the Tour Guy and they didn’t know either so we just went straight to the restaurant.

Wonderful experience! The chiefs were great and made it easy for us to follow along. It was fun getting to make our own dinner and eat with the others in the class. We can’t wait to try the recipes with our family at home.
